Privacy policy
Effective 23 October 2026
This policy describes Babloo AI, its website at bablooai.com and its Android app. The Google Play developer display name is Mian Aqeel. For privacy questions or requests, email earnwithaqeel@gmail.com.
Information used by the service
- Account and profile: email address, account identifier, authentication information, display name, profile photo, biography and any optional location or website information you provide.
- AI tools: prompts, messages, instructions, images, video, audio, voice samples, generated outputs and saved conversations or projects submitted to the tools you choose.
- Community and messaging: posts, uploads, comments, likes, follows, saved items, invitations, messages, reports and moderation records. Public posts and profile information are visible to other users according to the feature and your visibility choices.
- Commerce and earnings: plan and order records, payment references or receipt images you submit, credit balances, referral and earnings activity, and payment-destination details supplied for withdrawal requests. Current website transfer-review flows do not collect full card details. Purchase availability differs by app version.
- Operations: IP addresses and request/device/browser information processed by hosting or security services, session identifiers, service errors, usage events, content views and ad interaction measurements.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested AI and communication features, store and deliver content, maintain balances and histories, operate advertising and earnings features, respond to support, moderate abuse, detect fraud and keep the service working.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting, authentication, storage, email, AI-generation, communication and advertising providers may process information needed for the selected feature. The implementation includes Netlify and Supabase, cloud media services, configurable AI providers such as DeepInfra, fal.ai, VistaTTS, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Runware and Abacus, and email delivery through Resend when enabled. The provider and model used depend on the feature and the service configuration. Prompts, source media or voice samples may be transmitted to the chosen provider to produce a result. Avoid submitting material you are not authorized to share.
Advertising integrations can process technical identifiers, IP/browser information and interaction events. Other users receive content you share with them or make public. Payment or payout providers receive the information required for an enabled transaction. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, fraud or a security incident.
Device permissions and Nearby Chat
Camera and microphone access support features you actively use, such as recording, uploads and calls. System file/media pickers allow you to select files. Nearby-device, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permissions support local discovery and communication. Some older Android versions require location permission for nearby discovery; that permission requirement does not mean this feature is intended to track your movements.
Nearby Chat uses local device-to-device connections. Your chosen nearby name/profile and the messages, files or call audio you send are shared with connected peers. A nearby identity is not proof of a person's verified website identity. Local histories, settings and received files may remain on participating devices. We do not claim that all app communications are end-to-end encrypted.
Security and your choices
Online service connections use HTTPS. Access checks and platform security controls are used to protect service data, but no system is completely secure. You can manage device permissions in Android Settings, change available profile visibility controls, delete individual content where the app offers that action, report/block users, and request account deletion.
Retention and account deletion
Account and content data is retained while needed to provide the service, until you delete relevant content or a verified deletion request is completed, subject to legitimate retention requirements. Limited transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, security or legally required records may remain; support will explain affected categories and retention periods. Copies independently held by recipients cannot be remotely erased.
Request account and data deletion
